Summer is FINALLY here!! As life has our natural ups and downs, summertime usually comes at a time where we feel an up, a great surge in positivity and confidence that coincides with sunshine and all around good feels. My last blog posts have been dealing with some challenges I was faced with over the past few months, and focusing on restoring and recovery. I took the time I needed to feel and deal, and now am so happy to re-emerge energized, positive, and ready to take in this gorgeous summer!
SO, I know we are all thinking about being healthier, more active, and enjoying delicious & fresh seasonal fruits and veggies! Right 😉 Well if not, hopefully I can help inspire you to get there. So I created a 5-part smoothie cleanse to supplement 2 days of a “normal diet.” The idea behind it is to supplement, not replace, therefore being an “anti-cleanse.” When we supplement our diet with real, fresh, energizing and invigorating ingredients and foods, we tend to want to crave more of those, slowly changing our dietary craves and needs over time. Doing a 2-day smoothie supplement, can help us reset our system, by pushing in vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants, and releasing toxins and cleansing our digestive system.
