This super easy and quickly trending breakfast/snack is so delicious! The best part is, you can finally make use of the remains of your favorite nut butter jars before you reuse them 😉 Here is a simple and favorite recipe of mine:
– 1 nearly empty jar of almond butter*
– 1 cup of oats (I tend to use old fashioned rolled oats)
– 1 cup almond milk
– dash of cinnamon
– 1/4 cup pecans
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– 1 ripe smashed banana
*favorites of mine include Justin’s, Wild Friends, Trader Joes, and can also be peanut butter, sunflower butter, almond butter, etc
1. Mix all ingredients except for banana in almond butter jar. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Add smashed banana to mixture in morning.
