Overnight Oats!

This super easy and quickly trending breakfast/snack is so delicious! The best part is, you can finally make use of the remains of your favorite nut butter jars before you reuse them πŸ˜‰ Here is a simple and favorite recipe of mine:

– 1 nearly empty jar of almond butter*
– 1 cup of oats (I tend to use old fashioned rolled oats)
– 1 cup almond milk
– dash of cinnamon
– 1/4 cup pecans
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– 1 ripe smashed banana
*favorites of mine include Justin’s, Wild Friends, Trader Joes, and can also be peanut butter, sunflower butter, almond butter, etc

1. Mix all ingredients except for banana in almond butter jar. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Add smashed banana to mixture in morning.

  1. Wow! I love overnight oatmeal but always end up cooking mine. This looks like a great recipe for those busy mornings! I am so jealous of your photography skills and recipe-creating abilities πŸ™‚ This looks absolutely divine and something that I could devour in minutes. Almond butter is definitely one of my top three favourite foods, and I can’t go a day without it. This recipe looks like something that will help me make that quota, haha! I’m so glad I discovered your blog and will definitely be back for more delicious recipes and awesome photos. Hope to see more nut-butter goodness! Happy Friday πŸ™‚
