The easiest banana pancakes you have ever made!

These guys are gluten-free, super easy, health are also very tasty… trust me πŸ˜‰ You gotta try these!

You need:
– 2 ripe bananas
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp vanilla
– 1tsp baking powder

Instructions: Using a stovetop griddle on med-high heat, spray with non-stick spray. Use a ladle to pour a scoopful of the mixture & flatten out. Cook for about 3-5 min on one side, then flip for another minute or so. Yields about 7 medium sized pancakes. So yummy!
