Easy Peasy Chia Pudding Recipe

SUPER easy to make, chia pudding is a delightful favorite of mine and always a sweet & healthy treat. Chia seeds are known for their fiber, antioxidants, and especially their Omega 3s. Add them to any liquidy meal or drink to boost these benefits!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups almond milk
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 tbs maple syrup
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Mix at least once in between. Add fresh blueberries (my favorite!, fruit, nuts, or other toppings of your choice.
